For Return and Exchange we accept items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in undamaged condition, with all original tags attached within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Each bridal gown is made to order and crafted individually from premium natural silk once your order is placed. Our pieces are not produced in stock but created with care by our tailors especially for you.
For this reason, bridal gowns are not eligible for return or exchange.
We are always happy to assist with sizing, fabric selection and any questions before ordering to help you choose the piece that feels truly right.
Please note, all returns and exchanges are made at customer’s expense. If the quality of the item will not meet the required standards it will be returned to the customer at customers expense.

All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
We don’t accept returns or claims of SERENITY pieces bought from other retailers or second hand sites.
We don’t accept returns or exchanges of pieces marked as Final sale.
We’re unable to offer price adjustments/price matching on items purchased at full price, that later go on sale.
Where is my refund?
We send all refunds back to your original payment method. The time it takes to receive your money varies by payment method.
We will refund your return within 14 business days of receiving it in Kyiv.
Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
If your payment involved a currency conversion, your refund may differ from the original payment amount. This is due to fluctuations in currency conversion rates.
The conversion rate at the time of the refund may differ from the conversion rate on the original payment. For this reason, the refunded amount may not be the same as the original payment amount.
